Our History
Over 25 years ago Jackie began her career in the jewelry business as an employee for Zack's Jewelry. Through the first ten years in Naperville many educational training classes were taken from the Gemological Institute of America, along with developing personal relationships with the residents of the community. She became the Store Manager over 15 years ago and then met her present fiancé Kevin, who joined her to form the management team at Zack's.
In 2004, the owner of Zack's met with serious health issues and decided to retire. Jackie and Kevin made the decision to continue the wonderful business that they had established for all those years and open their own store in the same location, which had become so familiar with their patrons. The new name now is:
"The Diamond Gallery of Naperville."
The experience of being the Diamond Buyers and Fashion Specialists, with over 40 years of combined expertise between Jackie and Kevin, is unsurpassed in the area. Our staff goes through extensive "yearly" training on product knowledge and industry news to offer our customers the best experience possible. Each staff member has certified degrees in diamonds and in color gemstones, and we ONLY sell laboratory graded and certified diamonds from the best diamond laboratories in the world. We have a Guild Gemologist and a Graduate Gemologist on staff. All repairs are done in house with our two Certified Bench Jewelers.
Custom design is our specialty and we have the most advanced digital design system in the entire area for your convenience.
